At Olive and Oak, we are looking for energetic individuals to join our team! You must possess an extremely outgoing personality, as well as be courteous and conscientious. Applicants must be responsible, motivated, and able to work with others. You must be able to work weekends (early mornings and nights may be required).

Who You Are:

As an Olive and Oak team member, you will play a crucial role in being an exceptional part of the guest experience! From helping new customers discover their favorite item, to learning how to create sweet beverages, to helping make the salads and sandwiches, you will be an important part of our team! Daily tasks will vary, which will allow for lots of growth both in and out of the position! You must take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, while thriving in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain a clean, organized, and friendly environment
Manage your time effectively to complete your assigned tasks and responsibilities
Foster a friendly atmosphere for guests and fellow team members
Ensure food quality by checking consistency, flavor, appearance, and presentation
Prepare ingredients and be a part of the assembly process on food items
Create delicious drinks for our customers
Operate point-of-sale system to take and process orders
Help deliver orders to local businesses in the development
Answer customer questions and address concerns in a friendly and helpful manner
Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
Be a part of off-site exclusive events, could include VIP events (will be communicated in advance).

Essential Physical Functions:

Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to occasionally lift or move 25-40lbs.
Must be able to retrieve items off of high or low shelving, the fridge/freezer, and under counters.
Must be able to tolerate occasionally loud environments
Ability to frequently change tasks as needed
Must be okay with appearing in social media content
